Information we process
We process account and access information, Telegram identifiers and usernames, payment references and status, attribution and campaign parameters, product usage events, device/browser data supplied by analytics providers, support messages, and security logs. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Stock_BOT.
Purposes
We use information to provide and secure the service, activate paid access, provide support, prevent abuse, measure product and marketing performance, comply with law, and enforce our terms.
Providers
The service may use Telegram, Stripe, Google Analytics, PostHog, Cloudflare, Google Search Console, and hosting/monitoring providers. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy documentation.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, measure, and support the service, or when required by law.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for access, accounting, fraud prevention, support, analytics, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Specific retention periods may vary by record type and applicable law.
